This great (2) hour class will give you an opportunity to actively participate in making a railroad spike knife! With the use of a 12 Hydraulic Forge Press, and ample help from the instructor, you will have an opportunity to be exposed to see how a knife is shaped and hammered. You will have the chance to use the Hydraulic Forge Press and hammer the steel into a rough shape. The class will finish off with the instructor grinding the blade for you!
Also, please note, that a signed liability waiver will be required to take this class. Waivers will be distributed and signed at the beginning of class. A copy for preliminary review is located under the FAQ section of this webpage.
